Only new to trying to build up stock for builds.

im seeing used lego going for the kilo 25Euro per kilo on average.

Is it worth buying the kilo just to start building up stock?

And on a side note: Do you ONLY use Lego or do you use off brands aswell?
or is that a No No ?
