You may have seen it on Eurobricks or Flickr already, I've finally finished my model of a 1980's Amsterdam tram.

While the rear is not entirely accurate I'm very happy with the rest of the model. All I need now is a nice big town display to run it in....

The thing that gave me the final push to finish it two weeks ago was the Eurobrick Train Tech Contest. I've entered it in Category 1, complete trains. While I'm sure the Pancho Villa train is going to win I wouldn't mind a few extra votes...
