It may not quite feel like it at times but we are well into the summer and with it comes great LEGO events.

Last week a small team attended the 2025 Cork Summer Show and had a great time. We had a mini-mosaic free build activity on site along with some great MOCs including the giant tractor and farm animals created and built at Brick Feile in 2024 and out of 2x4 bricks only!

Speaking of Brick Féile, planning for Brick Féile, Ireland's premier event for LEGO(R) fans is well underway and our builders are very busy creating in order to be ready for 19 and 20 July at CityNorth Hotel.

Our next monthly meet-up will take place on Saturday 21st June - Neary's pub in Chatham Street near the Grafton Street LEGO store - all welcome

Our May monthly meet-up takes place in Nearys Pub in Chatham St (opposite the LEGO store in Grafton St.) this coming Saturday 17th May. We'll be there from about 11.30 after some shopping. All welcome.

A small team from brick.ie will once again attend the Cork Summer Show on 14 and 15 June with LEGO MOCs and a mini-mosaic build challenge. We look forward to meeting members at this very popular Munster event.

The March Monthly Meeting is scheduled for Saturday the 15th. From 11:30 to about 2-ish we'll be in Neary's, around the corner from the LEGO Store on Grafton Street that some of us will likely visit at some point.

A big shout out to all the fantastic students, staff, volunteers and brick.ie members that helped complete the fantastic mosaic build at Scoil na Mainistreach in Celbridge on Friday 13 December. It was certainly a lucky for some Friday 13th for the students that participated. Remember, its only at Brickféile where you can build a bigger LEGO mosaic with the help of Fairy Bricks.

The December meet up will be held in Nearys in Chatham Street, Dublin on Saturday 14th December as the normal third Saturday (21st) is too close to Christmas. Let's aim to be there for when the pub opens at 11.30am as we expect the area to be very busy this Saturday as the morning progresses.
