The May meeting is scheduled for Saturday 17 May - 2pm Nealon's Pub in Capel Street Dublin. Come along for a chat about everything LEGO related.

The Brick City exhibition will be hosted at the Titanic Belfast centre until 12 July. During the run there will be a weekend where Irish builders will be asked to display their models.

This event has now been confirmed for 21 and 22 June. Admission is free with a Brick City ticket. Check with Titanic Belfast for information on how to gain access to the event.

Expected displays include:

Heuston Station and Irish Rail trains, Dublin buses and trams and misc. city buildings including Jack Nealon's pub
German train station and steam locomotives
Airport loosely based on London City Airport
Tombraider - the lost valley
Zulu - Battel of Rorke's Drift
British imperial ships - some up to a metre in length
and lots more...

Brick City visits the Titanic Belfast museum from 17 May to 13 July. Its a rare opportunity to see some brilliant LEGO models without having to travel on a ferry or plane. For more information see here

The April meeting will be held on the 2nd Saturday in April at 2pm in Nealon's pub Capel Street, Dublin. This to avoid a clash with Easter holidays. All welcome.

The show formerly known as The LEGO Show has moved to the ExCeL arena from the O2 in London and been rebranded as 'Brick 2014'. Furthermore the show has moved from its May date to 27 November which means it no longer clashes with the Eurobricks event.

If previous LEGO show's in Manchester are anything to go by this promises to be one of the biggest LEGO shows ever in the UK especially given the size of the ExCeL arena.

AFOLCON, the special day for AFOLs also moves to the day before the public show which now runs for 4 days (Thursday to Sunday). If anyone is interested in exhibiting there is an application form on AFOLCON.com. This time around exibitors receive free accommodation and food aswell as free entry to the exhibition on public days and other goodies.

Kildare County Show in Athy - confirmed

Our March meeting is scheduled for Saturday 15 March for the usual time of 2pm in Jack Nealon's pub in Capel Street. Given the weekend that is in it please keep an eye on the forum's in case a decision is made to change the date.

The next meeting is scheduled for Jack Nealon's Pub, Capel Street for 2pm-ish on the 15 February. It usually runs until about 4pm and from there we often pay a visit to the local toy stores. For a bit of a chat about everything LEGO related why not drop in?

The monthly meeting is normally held on the 3rd Saturday of the month which in January will be the 18th. I've provisionally entered this in the calendar but watch the forums for updates.
