This is my first huge project. Three years ago I was wanted to build truck, especially Peterbilt truck.
I haven't the bricks to build it, so it was main reason why I needed three years.
Inside are: 1 XL motor, 1 servo motor, 5 sets of lights and a lot of chrome bricks and few engraved bricks. I didn't counted other bricks.
Hey,
I have completed my first real MOC. It is the scene from the dark knight where they capture the joker just before batman reveals he is in the room.
One of the challenges I had at Brick 2015 was integrating a curved 9v track with our standard brick-built roads. Not only will you need an 8x32 sections at each end to align baseplates correctly (the curved section extends to 56 studs in each direction and official 9v tracks only come in 16 lengths - but not sure about ME tracks) but the tiling around the track to follow the curve is a pain. This WIP picture is of the version I had before it fell out of the van in London and had to be rebuilt (completely differently of course) from whatever spares I had with me.
Oiley, you might find it helpful for your curved track section in your GPO model.
Hi all.
I have finally finished my Tram Terminus.
The size is 48 studs x 144 studs.
It can be shortened to 48 x 96.
Niall.
This engine was initially built to run with Dfenz's carriages but that never really worked, partly because of the M-motors in the engine.
I've recently rebuilt it to use the PF L-motor and as I did that I decided to put it into MLCad as well.
New small thing, because I got Stay Puft Marshmallow Man minifigure from Fun Pack Lego Dimensions.
I decided that after rebuilding my class 201 it should have something to do. Rather than build the same carriages that Dfenz already has I thought I'd do some freight cars. After some searching I found pictures of 'spoil cars' that are used for maintenance and I liked the colour scheme of them.
The model is mostly done but the underside still needs a bit of work:

Here's my latest MOC. I imagine it will be quite popular at the model railway shows.

My latest Lego creation-- The Iconic Abbey Road Cover--The Beatles
Took a long time to find the right hair/beards, still not really happy with faces or outfits but best I could find for now.
Hope you like.
Recent moc mod of 60098. Looks similer but most panels are changed. Getting the orange cab pieces was not easy but worth it in the end. Iv just started a new layout so I'll get more pictures up when i get more done.
Iv since changed side windows to 1 instead of the double. Also it looks good with horizon express cars behind which look like our mk3 Irish rail cars anyway.
